During His teaching, my love and desire to study the Bible was reawakened, I actually became excited to learn again! Dr. Griffin’s knowledge of the Hebrew language and Ancient Near East culture is incredible! It helped me to see that God was explaining things to the people then in terms and ideas they would understand! Taking his courses has been the best investment I could’ve made in my spiritual growth!

The way he brings his students into the meditation of the scripture is something that I still practice on my own and in my own teachings. His genuine excitement and humility when it comes to interpretation made the class feel more like a home group of friends studying out topics rather than a professor with his pupils. During my time at ministry school, Dr.Griffins class was the most impactful scripture class I took. I am grateful for every class I had with him.

The decoding classes completely turned my walk with God upside down. I found that the Lord is much more present in scripture than previously observed. There was a deeper intimacy with God that I experienced, as I saw the intentionality behind the Bible. Dr Griffin was an invaluable resource for enriching my life as a bible-believing Christian.
